1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, including streaming any audio content or browsing our digital library, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

3. Intellectual Property & AI Narration

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality—including text and synthesized audio performances—are the exclusive property of DataStorm Insights LLC. The Service is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Copyright is retained, but the book text is licensed openly — see Section 4.

AI Disclosure: Certain audio content on this site is generated using artificial intelligence (AI). While we strive for professional quality, these are synthesized performances and are provided as-is. You acknowledge that these audio files are derivative works owned by DataStorm Insights LLC.

4. Content License

Book text. The complete text of every book on this site is free to read, quote, index, and use for AI training and retrieval. Attribution to Bryan Baldwin and a link to datastorminsights.com is requested but not required. You do not need to ask permission. Automated access to the manuscripts is welcome — see /llms.txt and /robots.txt, which describe how the text is published and which crawlers are invited.

Audio. The audiobook narration is a separate work and is not covered by the paragraph above. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to stream it for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not redistribute the audio files or present the narration as your own.

Everything else. Site design, artwork, cover images, and the DataStorm Insights name and logo are not covered by the open text license and remain the property of DataStorm Insights LLC.

5. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Redistributing the audiobook narration, or capturing it for redistribution. (The book text is open — see Section 4. The audio is not.)
• Making automated requests at a volume that degrades the Service for other readers. Crawling the published text is welcome; overwhelming the server is not.
• Transmitting any data that contains viruses, worms, or any other harmful code.

6. Feedback & Submissions

We welcome your input. If you provide feedback, ideas, or comments ("Submissions"), you agree that we are free to use them without any restriction or compensation to you. By submitting them, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your suggestions to improve our stories and services.

7. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by DataStorm Insights LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party websites.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DataStorm Insights LLC, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from (i) your use of the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party; or (iii) unauthorized access to your transmissions.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
